The company does not care about you.

I’ve been with Soothe since 2017 and they do not care if I get injured or if I’m sick. I provided excellent work for them - they moved their call centers to the Philippines. It’s just an app now you’re better off working somewhere else or for yourself.

Has no button to sign up for a new account on homescreen

I downloaded this app to start working on it, & when you get to the sign in screen, it only has an option to ‘Sign In’ - there is no available link for making a new account, no create ‘account button’. Very poor app design.

App not working, not receiving notifications

I’m not sure how long this has been going on, weeks maybe a month or 2 but I am not receiving notifications for new appointments, I am only seeing them once I open the app and most of the time they are already taken. Can someone please assist

Cannot register nor login

Downloaded the app and it only gives me the option to login, not register. . I’ve never registered before. When I enter my email and address I just get a “Server Error wrong email or password”. Help.

Glitchy app

I had to reset all the settings in my phone for the new upgraded version of the Soothe app to work. Every. Single. Setting. the thing you do right before you completely erase your phone and start over, I had to do that and then the app stated to work for me again after I updated the app.

Glitches

The app has a lot of glitches. I’ve talked to tech and they don’t seem to care. Management does but it’s almost as if the app is getting worse.
Now it’s starting to kick me out where I have to log in missing opportunities or it stalls constantly or the same note pops up repeatedly making me miss opportunities because I can’t click on it fast enough and yes I’ve done all of the upgrades, turn my phone off and restarted things, etc.
Soothe has made a lot of changes and there’s no support after 5pm if therapist needs them. So you’re on your own. The chat box seems to be disabled and kicks you to an email that doesn’t work half of the time. Which it was never like this before. There are constant changes of rules and no notification.

Glitchy

The app is very glitchy. There’s continuous pop ups making it hard to grab shifts because it freezes sometimes with the pop ups. When it comes to event shifts, shifts tend to drop off with out notice, therapist show up to shifts with out notification of it being cancelled and not all shifts show up that you accepted on your end but it will on Soothes end. There are some great qualities to the app but it’s been a battle trying to get the issues fixed unfortunately.

App still not working, unable to see appointments

Update from 1/6 As of 1/18 and it’s been over 2 weeks and STILL I’m unable to see my upcoming appointments and I just get an error message. I already tried to delete the app and re install it as well as restarting my phone and still not working properly. The error says - Sorry No value associated with key Codingkeys(stringValue: "cart", int Value: nil) ("cart"). (data path: appointments:Index

Up is down and vice versa

This app has never really worked for me. I am a provider in the Las Vegas area and it always shows that my appointments are 126 miles away when in fact, they are only 4 miles away. Purportedly I receive 5 requests per day and I wonder where they go? I’ve had 4 appts in 6 weeks, my profile says it’s incomplete( I’ve been told to ignore that), and I have no reviews which is not accurate. I’m stumped at this point.

New Pro App glitch

The new Pro App is easier to navigate and understand which I highly appreciate but when I receive notifications on my phone and I click on them they don’t take me anywhere. I’m clueless on what the notification was for. A lot of work has gone into the app but it has a huge glitch not making it easy for me. Also there is no option for clients to select hot stones as a service. Please fix these problems for the app to be great.
