Soothe so unfair

I can’t stand this quota to get paid decently. I’ve worked so hard for years. Yet Soothe offers top dollar to new therapist who dedicate every day to Soothe. That’s not healthy, every therapist should have 2 days off to recover.

The phone lines are always busy and at least a 10 minute hold of waiting.

This company has gone too “corporate” and has gotten to greedy. They seem to have forgotten how to take care of their therapist.

Problems

I find it extremely annoying that I get signed out every time that a new massage comes in. It seems that I can also only sign in on WiFi. These two issues make it nearly impossible for me to pick up a massage. In fact I haven’t managed to get one in years. 🤷🏻‍♀️

LMT in NY

Cons
It's extremely annoying to receive a notification that another therapist accepted an offer when I never received it. I also get signed off the app and miss offers not knowing I have to sign back. Clients also feel like tipping is included when it's not. Soothe should specify that tip is not included. After all, the LMT does travel for the comfort of the client.

Pros
I've never been able to make my own schedule the flexibility is amazing! Concierge is caring and is always on standby ready to assist with any issues. Therapist success is quick to send out uniforms and cards if needed. HR also responds in a timely manner. IC is also a great feature assisting in steady clientele.

Can’t ever check out

I never lets me check in or out. I have to call every time. It constantly freezes and I lose offers. I see “ accepted by other therapist” but never get the offer. I have latest version and iPhone 7 so I don’t know what’s wrong.
Tipping is annoying they say a percentage and should be allowed to add cash amount. Sometimes I don’t get tipped because they think it’s included. Such a rip.
Also Soothe screws therapists by not including special details until they accept offer then they complain when we cancel.
Parking needs to be felt with way better. I work in downtown Seattle and spend 20 mins at least looking for a spot. I’m not paying to park or risk getting towed.

I try to add info about client but it gets stuck after I type and can’t scroll down to submit

Needs alteration for tipping

The app works well. My only technical complaint is that it will sometimes log me out and then I miss a client request because I need to log in again. My biggest issue with Soothe is that clients are not required to tip. This seems to give them cheaper prices at the expense of the therapist pay. I would strongly urge soothe to change this feature so to put therapist pay and well being above the clients ability to save money by choosing to not tip.

Constantly logs me out

Constantly logs me out, so by the time I get logged in, the appointment has already been picked up by someone else.

Please fix this!

I miss out on alot of appts because they don’t pop up in my notifications. This needs to be fixed. This is my only source of income and I’m missing too much work. 😕

Ap keeps shutting down.

Like others I cannot log on or accept appointments. Without warning app was updated it does not work o. iPhone 5. After nearly 200 appointment the app shows I have none. When I try to accept offers I cannot. The failure of this company to notify its employees in advance is not acceptable. Unfortunately I my circumstances preclude another phone purchase
I may move over to Zeel

Closes every time I try and update availability

I can't do anything on this app. It won't allow me to update availability. I keep getting texts to pick up shifts but can't even get on the app. I have deleted and re downloaded multiple times. Then I try to hit App Support and it takes me to the soothe website?

My review for therapists

This company does not support the safety of its therapists, it simply connects you to the user that's it all liability and safety are up to you, your on your own! They do a ok job of saying they are there to support you but don't deliver
