Overall pretty good but needs work
So I really love this company and the concept but there's some kinks that need to be worked out. For the most part I think the app works. It'll give me problems every now and then but nothing too major to complain about.
For one it needs to show exactly how far clients are. I won't travel more then 15 miles because then I take too long to get there and I end up late. And it doesn't give you that all the time. Also I think that there should be a way to contact client prior to accepting a trip and even afterwards. I can understand if it were to give a dummy number. But I've seen some potential clients sitting there and no one will except there appointment and I COULD if they changed the time. But there's no way to do that. And for retention purposes. I'd like to call my clients if they haven't rebooked to ask if they want to or not. And maybe it's on the website but I think there should be a way to leave soap notes for people to see prior to accepting a clients in case they don't work on people with certain conditions. Or even reading random things like "this client has lots of cats. She put them up but I was still sneezing". I'd like to know what I'm getting into.
There also needs to be a way to "pay back" therapist if they end up getting screws up like I did. A client lost his wallet and couldn't find it for several days and accused me of taking it. I got suspended and couldn't work until he called and said he found it. All that happened to him was he couldn't book a massage with soothe until it was resolved. While I was out of work for 2 weeks! All I wanted was for me to be allowed to get the bonus' I missed out on (it was my first 2 weeks working when you get the bonus $20 for every client) but nope. No compensation for me even though I was completely innocent. Oh except that he can't request me (which I blocked him after that anyway). I mean I didn't expect free money but I could've made bonus money that week I lost. I had to go out and look for a new job. I just bought a car for this job and needed to pay my insurance.
So just be aware you can't really rely on this as a main source of income but it's a sweet treat when you do work it cause you get $55 an hour.
Oh which reminds me I don't know why on a 2 hour you make less per hour. I try to stick to the 90 minutes sessions just because of that. If anything we should make more per hour during a 2 hour massage because that's harder work.
Just some of my ideas.

Mileage Error
This app doesn't work most of the time and has serious issues to be worked out. I'll receive an Offer 6.9 miles away and once excepted it shows over 20 miles that's a huge difference
Awesome app
I love it
Annoying
A single request comes in as a notification multiple times which is beyond frustrating. Also, it is very unnecessary to get a notification for when an appointment has been filled. Just remove the request without notifications. My phone rings way too many times for appointments that aren't even in the area in which I work. This app needs a lot of changes.

Ughh
The new update has so many glitches and is really getting on my nerves!
Best update description ever
I just had to say something about that description!
Update Ok
I think there is still more that needs done but for right now it's good. Thanks Soothe for all that you do for us therapists!!!!
Crashes
Update - Thanks for fixing the crashing. 1,000 times better now!
It crashes every time I try to update my availability, what's the point of adding that feature if it can't save because of crashing?!?

Soothe could be so much better
Employee turnover at corporate seems very high and I can never get anyone to take me seriously when I point out issues with the system. Wish there were a way to talk with other Soothe therapists. I can't be the only one with so many Soothe frustrations. They say, "We're here for you, but they really aren't." The company would be so much better if they would value the input of the MTs.

App needs improvement
Nothing is listed in the offer section yet I get plenty of text messages about offers. When you accept through text it accepts first the person who accepts through the app. How can I accept it on the app if there is nothing visible.
