Must disappointing app on my iPhone.
Slow, awkward, doesn’t always give correct notifications.
How do they get away with it. Can’t contact them as they refuse to speak to end user.
Alarm company can’t do anything about it either. feels like a scam as you done know until all the alarm is fitted and working.
I hope people read this before they sign up. I wouldn’t have used this company had I have known this information.

Had to have engineer back
The notifications to my phone were not working. Which is the whole reason I brought this alarm so I could have peace of mind while away. As other people have stated Visonic have absolutely no customer service. Even though the installer has been helpful and helpful, he came back today and fixed the problem, I have lost confidence in this alarm doing the job it’s meant to do. I would NOT choose Visonic ever again and would recommend all my friends and colleagues avoid this brand.

Ok app
This app is ok, we get notifications if the alarm has been triggered but not all the time. Last night I came home and the alarm was triggered but I had not been notified, I also have no idea what time the alarm was triggered as it does not show it on the events which is disappointing, there should definitely be a time on the event page of what time the alarm was triggered, could be a crucial piece of information if a burglary had actually taken place especially seeing as we did not get a notification that the alarm had been triggered!

Latest two versions crash
After entering the access PIN, the app crashes completely. Previously after the update I was getting a "certificate error". Gets worse with each release.
