A 99 é o app que mais utilizo, entretanto, já estou saturado de situações referente ao cancelamento do motorista. Quando um carro demora pra chegar ao destino eu não posso fazer o cancelamento, pois cobram uma taxa absurda, agora o motorista pode me fazer esperar um bom tempo e simplesmente cancela faltando 1 minuto pra chegar ao meu destino. Vocês precisam tomar providências em relação a isso, pois prejudica aos passageiros que tem pressa para seus compromissos, até pq ninguém é desocupado e todos tem deveres. Se o filho de Deus não quer corrida barata, sugerida pelo próprio aplicativo , então não tem o porque ficar na empresa
