  • Don't waste your time and money

    I've never made a review in my life, I'm usually very understanding but I am so disappointed by the services offered by the app and store. I have never used the app before and I placed an order to pick up later and I accidentally pressed the wrong time. I used up almost the rest of my money for this order, I just wanted to make my day less stressful by ordering something for the family instead of cooking. There is no way to update your order after you pay on the app so I called the store and the employee was super rude the minute he picked up the phone. I work in service myself so I understand not being in the best mood possible but I was nothing but polite to him. Before I could even ask if I could push back the time he interrupted me saying there is no possible way and that I would have to wait for 7 days for a refund. The way he responded makes me think this is a very common occurrence and yet it's still not fixed! I didn't even want a refund I just wanted to be simple just by updating the pickup time. But apparently that is just too much to ask for.

  • Terrible app and processes

    I would give no stars if possible. tried to process an order through the app and received an error when trying to add in a payment method which you can only update at the time of checking out. Why you cannot provide a default payment is frustrating and not user friendly. So I had to call my order in and received someone who barely spoke English and I had to repeat my order 10 times to get it right. Then when I tried to pay for my order they inform my they submitted the order to pay at pick up. The whole I was trying to call the order is was because I wasn’t the person picking it up. Instead of clarifying with my on the payment they just submitted it. Then to cancel the order because I was over the hassle of having to go through to process my order I was put on hole for another 15 min at which someone picked up but it must have been accidentally because I could hear sounds but no one answered me. I hung up because I am not wasting my time for their screw up. Beyond frustrating they now have a call center to handle orders and the app is not working. Terrible experience.

  • Terrible Service!!!! Would give no stars if possible!

    I arrived at the drive tru window after I received email stating my order was ready for pickup. I waited a few minutes (fine if busy, low staffed, etc) and a man came to the window & asked name for order, never returned. Waited about 10 more minutes & a woman came to the window & asked my name. I gave it to her; she said “that orders been ready. No one gave it to you?” Nope! Few more minutes go by and a third guy comes up with my order finally. I asked why is it that I got an email at 8:36pm that my order was ready, but it took 3 people to come to the window before I received my order. All within a 13 minute wait? All the while there was laughing, yelling, goofing off talking amongst themselves that could be heard through the drive tru window. All while I waited. Not a word. Not an apology.
    And to top it off, sure enough my order was completely wrong which was not noticed until I got home. The whole pizza went into the trash because I was not about to go back there and deal with that level of incompetence. Money wasted, but I will never go back. This is not how you treat customers. I’ll spend my money elsewhere where. I understand that a lot of places may be low staffed, but this wasn’t the case. Do better.

  • Fair and honest review.

    Hand to cancel the last ordered I placed before tonight. Due to showing up for pickup an hr after I placed the order and 30 past the latest ready time
    I was given. This was ordered at 3:15 and upon arriving around 4:10 they hadn’t even started and looked confused when I gave my name. I asked for a refund. I didn’t have any patience because my previous order before yesterday was a delivery that took 2 and a half hrs to be delivered and the delivery girl left the pizzas on the ground near grass and off the side of the road. By the time we found it it has snails crawling on the outside of the box and the pizza was a mess it was shaped weird and doughy/ undercooked. The breadsticks were just sheets of bread rolled up undercooked no seasoning and not cut into strips. I quickly realized that our order must have been forgotten and by that time the store had closed and they just threw something together. I have pictures of everything I described. At the time I was suffering from a very serious illness and I just chose to take the high road and let it be because life is too short. HOWEVER after yesterday I felt compelled to give my honest review. My son absolutely loves y’all’s pizza and breadstick so I continue to patronize but please have your staff be accountable for paying customers receiving unsatisfactory food and not even receiving it all.   • Worst service ever

    I can’t believe the service I just got at the little Caesars on Mill and Mount Vernon. I’m a disabled, elderly woman and I don’t have a lot of money because I’m sick right now and not working. One of my arms has spasms and my fingers are messed up and don’t work. I ordered some food and it said it would be ready and I got the notification that it was ready and I get there and a lady comes and asked me and then goes to the back and doesn’t come back. Then this young man comes and asked me and says I don’t have an order then where is the receipt and I said I ordered online and then he looks. Oh yeah there it is. Oh just five minutes and when I get it and bring it out after he doesn’t help me when I ask him for a bag, he throws bags at me and then talks to other people around me like I’m not even there while I’m struggling to open the bag because I cannot carry those items without them being in a bag I will drop them, but he didn’t even ask me if I needed help. He just pretended that I wasn’t there anymore and forgot to give me the marinara sauce when I told him that it was forgotten and I paid for sauce before twice at other locations I got very rude service and my food is cold. I’m very disappointed I’ve never had this before. I’ve always had good service at Little Caesars so I’m not gonna come here again.

  • Cold, Vinegary and salty!!!

    I ordered a 5 meat pizza with an order of buffalo wings!!! Paid for it in advance!!! Picked it up, pizza was HOT but that was all!!! It was supposed to be 5 meats!!! If it was you need a magnifying glass to see the other 3!!! The pepperoni and I think it was Beef (Hamburger chunks) was the only clearly visible meats!!! There were Bacon crumbles that were so small you would hurt your eyes looking for it!!! The Ham was minuscule but if you tried you could identify it!!! I ORDERED THE MEAT LOVERS!!! NOT the hurt yourself trying to find the meat!!! Also, the meats didn’t even come close to the cheese!!! I am now worried that me or my wife will be sick!!! HANDS DOWN!!!!! This was the worse pizza + wings we have ever gotten from Little Caesar and my wife was a regional manager for them for Years and we ate there regularly because WE LOVED IT!!! We have a large family and it was affordable… I DONT KNOW WHAT they changed or if it’s just this branch (which I doubt because we have gotten good pizza there in the past) but whatever happened just cost them some business and word of mouth!!!
    UNHAPPY IN ARKANSAS!!!!

    On to the wings!!! Unless someone proved they were fresh I would NEVER believe it!!! They were small wings and the sauce (buffalo) was cold cold, very Vinegary and SALTY!!! No One will ever convince me these were made when I ordered it!!! I mean it tasted 2 days old!!! YUCK!!! I am praying NOW that my wife and I don’t get sick!!!

  • Can’t customize ExtraMostBestest anymore

    Since mid-November the app no longer defaults custom round pepperoni pizzas to be ExtraMostBestest style, after years of defaulting to ExtraMostBestest when processing the order (you’d see “You’ve created our ExtraMostBestest” in bold on the order confirmation screen and your receipt). Now there is no way to use this app to customize an ExtraMostBestest style pizza. I always order my pizza with no sauce because of a food sensitivity to tomatoes. I used to order with this app about once a week because it was so convenient to skip the lines and pick up the pizza out of the Pizza Portal on my way home from work. But until the app developers fix the custom round pizza to automatically order as ExtraMostBestest like it used to, or until they add a way to customize the ExtraMostBestest to remove sauce (or other customization for food allergies or sensitivities), then the app is basically useless. It’s too bad, since the app was so convenient and worked well until this happened.

  • 47th Street Store Chicago

    Most of my orders are not consistent with Lil Caesar’s tradition and level of service. The management never interacts with repeat customers. I often have to inspect my order for toughness. And more then it it’s not completely sliced and completely cooked. The Extra Most selection is not proportional in toppings and when I do mention anything to several store managers they are never able to do anything to satisfy my dissatisfaction. However as a manager on duty they are empowered to handle every situation. However I’m more often left feeling like customer service is worthless, loyalty is priceless! I enjoy the brand and my neighborhood location is ideal. I only hope that the hired management takes ownership. I have become a loyal customer but I’m not going to continue to be unsatisfied forever!   • Limited App payment methods is preventing sales

    This app works great for ordering with nice features like remembering favorites. However until they allow you to use your gift cards the app absolutely prevents me from doing more business. I have a bunch of gift cards given as presents and this fact alone prevents me from using the app to order. Yes I could use a Visa card and have done so. When there are gift cards laying around, I don’t want to continue to use credit cards. The payment section actually says that you cannot the use gift cards at this time with the app. That message has been there for years. Calling in orders often disqualifies you from getting the online sale offers. It is also not uncommon for my two local Little Caesars stores to not pick up the phone right away or at all for extended periods of time. There are definitely times where it appears to be impossible to get through and therefore I pick a different place to eat at. Fix this gift card payment problem and the app would be getting five stars. I would also be giving much more consistent business.

  • Why do I keep going back?

    Little Caesars in Kinston is like the abusive relationship you keep returning to because it’s simply familiar to you and 1 out of 10 times they are ok at best. I placed an order at 7:38 on the app and received the notification that it was in the oven at 7:44. I arrived at 8:00 and showed my phone to the lady at the drive thru. She walks away and I heard her call out my order and a lot of laughing to follow. She came out and told me it would be at least 10 minutes. I told her it was in the oven at 7:44 ( it was thin crust). She laughed at said “I don’t know what to tell playa”. She had me pull around and wait. It did quite take 10 more minutes but when the order finally arrived it was wrong. I ordered thin crust and the sticker clearly said “thin crust”. It wasn’t thin crust…. Why am I surprised? This Little Caesars constantly has horrible customer service. I work for Door Dash and I’ve learned to not even try to pick up an order from there because it is never on time, it’s wrong a lot of times, and the employees consistently have attitude problems.
