Mobile deposit needs help!
Every app I use to scan a picture works great except for this app. It can’t find the edges, it can’t read the date, too close, too far…error error error. Then you look to see if the deposit went through and there is nothing listed under deposit history. However, if you click “deposit” from the account tab it actually shows you. Seems like 2 steps in the wrong direction.
I’d also like to have the ability to customize the bottom tabs to fit my usage not a canned “this is what people should be using” setup/template. There are quite a few small changes that would greatly improve this app. Hope they find those and fix them.

Clearwater Credit Union
So friendly. Had trouble with new system but help was a phone call away. The assistant was so very patient and helpful. Stayed on the phone with me as I struggled through my situation. So thankful we bank with Clearwater Credit Union in Missoula Montana!
Worst App Update Ever
Clearwater credit union app used to be perfect and was flawless and then they did this update and we absolutely hate it and it has made our online experience horrible and we will be looking for a new bank. We’ve also heard this from multiple other folks that we know bank with Clearwater.

I’m a long time happy member of Clearwater, they just updated app and I absolutely love it! I have loaded my accounts from other orgs, can watch at my credit score and I’m sure there is more but so far it’s love!!
Great updated app, except no dark mode :(
The new app was much needed and a great improvement over the old one. Glad they got this updated! The only thing they missed is that there is seemingly no dark mode feature (as well as no dark mode icon for iOS); this should be a must for every app at this point. Hope they implement it in the future. Otherwise nice work!

Finally!! An elegant, sophisticated, simple digital user experience! Thank you for completely transforming the CWCU digital bank! This is not simply a new version of the old app, this is a brand new thing, and jt is excellent! Kudos to the team that made this happen. I’ve been a loyal MFCU/CWCU member for nearly 40 years, and for the last decade have been frustrated enough with the antiquated technology of the website and app that I considered switching to a different bank. But with your digital banking transformation, my search has ended. THANK YOU!

No issues
I’ve used the app alot and never any issues. I understand it’s outdated but it’s not hard to navigate. Easy to use and never had any issues. If your a Clearwater customer you know the app is simple and reliable

This new desktop website and the new mobile is awesome!!!!! A+ just don’t ever go back to the old ways keep making this new version from here on out. Also for a future update add dark mode that would be amazing!!!!!! 😎👍😎👍😎👍
Solid app, but needs some polish
Pretty serviceable app! Clearwater should spend some resources improving this app though. There could be some updates to the UI and certain features, such as the support bubble being able to drag smoothly instead of static positioning only in the corners. Face ID functionality is nice. The Clearwater logo is a low resolution, so it looks pixelated.
