Not what it used to be.
4-7 years ago bitesquad was my go to for restaurant delivery. Their uniformed drivers, attention to detail, accuracy, use of insulated food bags made them standout against the competition. They also had the most Restaurants on their platform with a lot of unique local options. The company I worked for used them extensively for corporate catering functions as they were reliable for large orders with great accuracy. It was also nice to be able talk to a rep in person regarding our orders. Fast forward today and all that was good with them is out the window. Inaccurate orders if the order even arrives!! Cancellations are frequent. Long wait times, cold food bought by drivers in street clothes who make no effort to check that the order is correct. Almost impossible to get ahold of a real person when something goes wrong. I recently found out that they don’t even have their own drivers. You order from their App or website and they forward the order to Ubereats and they deliver it. Crazy!! You order from a 3rd party delivery service only to have them forward your order to another 3rd party. Save your money and hassle and just order directly through Ubereats. Bitesquad used to be the best delivery service now they are the absolute worst and likely most expensive delivery service.Show lessDeveloper Response

If words could only describe how horrible bite-squad and what they call customer service truly is. They won’t help you solve any problem with your order but however they will be unhelpful and have an attitude with you. If your order is wrong you can forget about a refund or credit to your account so keep that in mind. Just stick to Door Dash. This was my first experience with Bite-squad and after two attempts with customer service to have my issue resolved. I ended up having my account deleted because they basically told me it wasn’t their problem. Idk about other towns but my bite-squad has about 4 options for restaurants. The communication between restaurant and Bite-squad is awful. I waited close to an hour for bite-squad to tell me that the restaurant wouldn’t accepted my order and they couldn’t get ahold of them. So I was credited that amount for the cancelled order. I was forced to use The only other Mexican restaurant on the app because I had to use the credit, no refund. Which charged me $9.25 for a cold small singular quesadilla with no sides. Not what was in the menu and not what I ordered but bite-squad doesn’t give a care about that. After sending customer service pictures of the item I still received no help at. Not even a credit to my account. I was told it was denied by a supervisor. My order total was around $50 for two items that were horrible and that’s money I will never get back thanks to Bite-Squad.Show lessDeveloper Response

I had made an order around 3:30 pm in advance and set it to be delivered to me at 5:45 so me and my daughter could eat. At 5:30 I checked to make sure it was getting ready, and I see that the estimated time of arrival went up to 6:30. I was confused and concerned so I reached out to the customer service. They told me that my order is delayed, but that I could get refunded based on how late the delivery was. They wouldn’t tell me why it was going to be late. I called the restaurant and they had my food ready to go, and it was a 6 minute drive from the restaurant to my house. I contacted support again, and they claimed that they were having a hard time finding a driver. At 7:30, and 5 support agents later, they ended up marking my order as complete, yet the food was still at the restaurant. I contacted support and all they offered was a refund and a $5 credit. Don’t use BiteSquad, as they do not care about their customers. I waited nearly 2 hours after my scheduled time for delivery and ended up having to go pick it up myself with my 2 year old at nearly 8 o’clock at night.
