Garbage
Always crashing and certain projects are completely unusable. Makes more work for the office since the field guys can’t even enter the info or even open some projects. Support had declared that it’s a problem on our end not theirs.
What a joke.
I would not use this mobile app unless you have nothing better to do than put in help desk tickets. What a joke. Error after error.
Procontractor
This app is garbage, do not get sucked into using it. It does not track time or expenses correctly, it loses data, it does not sync the information like it was entered, the field logs would never save. When we called their customer service to ask for help or complain about problems we kept having, they would tell us “here is your case number someone will call you back” and then 7-10 business days later we would get someone on the phone that knew less than we did about the app and we would waste 30 minutes with them rehashing crap we already knew. The only good thing Procontracor has are the salesman. They would tell you how great their product is and get you to guy it and when the wheels came off.... radio silence. If I could give it a negative star rating I would have selected -100 stars. I would highly recommend you to stay as far away from this app as possible!!

Working so much better with update
We are so much happier since the update to this app. It is working great for our company and it has saved us in meetings being able to pull up documents and verify info on the fly.
Not fully developed
This app isn’t fully developed, I would not recommend ProContractor to anyone. You cannot do a full field report in PC Mobile, you can only keep track of their time. I prefer not to have to do double the work since it would not truly replace our daily diaries as we were lead to believe. I requested 5 months ago to have them make it fully functional it’s ‘likely but not yet planned’ others have requested it as well. Still no change....

Broken.
This app has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. The constant crashing, errors, and inability to get consistent use of the functions severely restricts its use. Furthermore, the fact that I constantly have to uninstall/reinstall frequently to even get use of some of the functions is absurd. It's unfortunate because the app has promise when functioning.
