Persistent issues while using the app.
I have not been able to sign into my account for a week now and other platforms given persistent issues while using the app. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Frustrating user experience: the app is buggy
I've been using the Nordea ID app for a while now, and I'm extremely disappointed with its performance, especially after the recent iOS update.
The app stopped to function properly and recommended reactivation via snail mail for banking codes. As a result, I'm locked out of accessing my own bank account, which is a major inconvenience. The lack of timely and efficient user support (they work only during daytime) adds to the overall inconvenience. I hope these issues are resolved soon, as this app's current state is simply unacceptable.

Miksi äpin face id One mennyt umpeen???? Sen pitäisi olla päällä koko ajan, koska puhelin on itse lukittuna aina. Nyt en onnistu menemään tilille ja maksamaan laskua, kun ei muut toiminnot TOIMI. Taidan vaihtaa pankkia.
Button missing for app activation on new device.
On my phone (iPhone 8) The latest app version 2.2.0 is missing the option to activate the app on new device. I am going in circles trying to follow instructions but without access to have a QR code on the screen in my old device. Please send help.
