We have revamped the App, with shortened and crisp sign up process and new UX. Sleep Sessions are now designed for both Falling asleep and staying asleep issues, with 7 In-Sync Minutes goal. You can breathe until you reach the goal and then continue until you fall asleep or If you don't like to wear the belt to sleep, just reach your goal, take the belt off and go to sleep. Breathe sessions are now designed for Meditation and are called Meditate Mode. In addition, we moved all your user metrics to the main screen including session history. just scroll down and find them.

I love this device/app

Updated review: I had left a somewhat negative review due to the app becoming obsolete via iOS update. They have fixed this issue and I am ineffably grateful for this device. It helps me fall asleep as well as regulate my blood pressure which I have tested in real time. Breathe people! As if your life depends on it.

I got hooked on 2breathe. I fall asleep in minutes, stay asleep and simply love to see the report the next morning. Thank you for fixing the 16.1.1 iOS issue so I can get back to sleep.
