He has been an excellent conduit between me and prospective tenants. Out of 3 properties, 2 are rented out thanks to him. Everything just like scam. They provide me a assistant . Trust me her work for my property so bad. She never call me and my call never reach at her. After so much excuses from her i called customer care and said pls I don’t want ur assist plan just put my mobile number at my property site because ur assistant does not work . But after 48 hours no support from 99 acres and still her number at my property page. So pls don’t buy this plan because if ur assistant will not work ur property and ur property customers didn’t able to reach you. And ur hard money will be waste. I paid for their premium property rental service expecting professional support and high-quality tenant leads. What I got instead was complete deception and radio silence. There is zero transparency in how they operate. Part of the premium plan promised a professional photoshoot, but nobody ever showed up. Instead, they lazily recycled the old photos I provided myself and turned them into a low-effort video slideshow, passing it off as premium media work. Despite charging for premium services, they generated not a single lead for my property. To make matters worse, the dedicated Relationship Manager is completely useless—they exist in name only, providing no updates, no assistance, and no actual support. Do not be fooled by their sales tactics or promotional discounts. Buying a paid plan from 99acres is a complete waste of money. I decided to purchase their paid membership plan, believing that it would give my property better visibility, verified leads, and professional support. Unfortunately, it turned out to be nothing but a complete waste of money, time, and energy. From the very first week, I realized that most of the leads I received were fake or irrelevant. I would get calls from people who had no idea about the property details, location, or even the price. Some were brokers pretending to be buyers, while others were just spam. I contacted customer support several times, but their response was delayed, robotic, and unhelpful. They kept promising that the issue would be resolved “soon,” but nothing changed even after weeks of follow-ups. Over the course of three months, despite paying for their premium service, I barely received any genuine leads. My listing was supposed to get top visibility, but it didn’t even appear on the first few pages most of the time. When I tried to escalate my concerns, I was met with rude and defensive responses from their escalation matrix team. Instead of understanding my problem, they kept arguing and justifying their poor service, blaming “market conditions” for everything. In the end, I wasted three full months and a significant amount of money on a service that delivered nothing close to what was promised. The whole experience left me angry and disappointed. I could have easily used free listing platforms and received better leads without all the hassle. If you’re planning to sell your property through 99acres, don’t fall for their paid membership traps. I posted ad on 99 acres , just from the next day of posting ad i was receiving atleast 3-4 calls daily encouraging me to buy their paid plan in order to rent out the property quickly and they have large customer base and all that . I bought their best assist plus plan .the reality is even after a month not even a single query has been there for my property by the property manager , dont buy any of the paid plans .
