Tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times yet still the same. Had to create new searches whenever we wanna add something to the current search. This has been happening for the past week. A lot of agents here need manner training. They don't reply query for their listing. However, the accuracy of the data and timeliness have deteriorated significantly. Landed property transactions are posted when a condo is secreted in the same vicinity and the recent transactions are missing although they have been posted on URA. Some changes only made things worse. Hope to see the old version from 2020 back. I used that to help me make a decision and it helped a great deal ### 2/5 — Took away the most useful function *2022-09-27, version 5.96.0* I used to love this app for the ability to quickly look at the price each unit transacted at. They took away the function. Maybe to monetise it in the future? But this was what set the app apart from the rest. This will make it easier to search for examples with the lowest psf or price when using the filter. It would be great if there could be a second filter option to select listings that are less than 7 days old. ### 3/5 — Love it but my favourite feature is totally broken *2022-06-23, version 5.88.0* Search by travel time feature is not working at all. The search results are not even close to the travel time that I want, it gives the results that are way too far. It would be a very useful feature if it works. Agents just try to fish you in with some units and to get you to others. Also, many listings are duplicates for the same units again making housing search really frustrating. Helps so much with research/understanding the market fluctuations! The user interface is excellent as well!
