## What is 99Fit?

Track calories, macros, activity and weight in one focused app. 99Fit reads the Apple Health data you permit, combines food intake with active calories, and keeps today's remaining calories clear.

Add meals by description or photo. AI estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat for you to review before saving. Reuse saved foods, products and recipes. Add strength and bodyweight workouts with sets, reps and weight, while Apple Health provides walking, workouts, active calories and body measurements.

Set a goal weight and weekly pace. Follow daily calorie and high-protein macro targets, use optional fasting days, see projected weight progress, and compare rolling activity ranks. Widgets keep calories, macros, meal entry, workouts and progress close at hand.

99Fit is a tracking and estimation tool, not medical advice. Nutrition and workout estimates can be inaccurate. Consult a qualified professional before aggressive weight loss or major diet or exercise changes.
