Wish the integration portion was longer *2026-07-25* I have done a lot of somatic work and healing of my nervous system over the years. This breath work has allowed me to tap into additional layers of that healing and continue healing and releasing. It’s incredibly powerful and very well done from the vocal tones to the binaural stimulation. With so much somatic release and stimulation happening during the active breath work portion it would be even more effective and beneficial if the integration portion (after the active break work) was longer to allow for deeper integration and more support during the “come down”. ### 2/5 — Solid 30-day program but not much after *2026-07-23* I very much enjoyed the 30-day program and it really helped me strengthen my breathwork practice. However they rarely add new content and the classes frequently freeze midway through causing a forced reset. Hauptproblem: Mitten in einer laufenden Session (ab 10 Min. Dauer der Session) bricht das Abspielen ab. Vermutlich ein Connection-Problem (nein, das liegt sicher nicht an meinem sehr schnellen WLAN zuhause!). Sehr störend!! Diesen Fehler kann ich nichtmal reporten, denn das Tally-Formular erzwingt einen Dateiupload(!?!). I’ve been doing it for around 4-5 years now, in classes held by facilitators. In my opinion, these tracks on the app have completely lost their humanness, and lost that deep heart felt connection and encouragement that the originals have. Basically all the scripts are written with AI… continually telling me “it’s not because you’re XYZ, it’s because you’re XYZ”. That negation/contradictory language is a dead giveaway. I’m in Australia, so to pay $155 AUD per month, I expected the scripts to be better thought out for our HUMAN daily problems. It’s put a dampen on my views of 9D, because the originals were sooo great. Rather than lose the business they should have different pricing tiers that give you more or less access based on what you pay. A $15/month tier would be much more manageable for me, even if it only came with 5 mediations per month. I’m a bit of a beginner with this type of breathing technique, it’s so easy to follow, as it guides you through each session. It’s been a real game changer for me! I have PTSD, multiple chronic immune system issues and chronic pain. I am able to sleep much better than before and I have more energy. There are only a few recorded sessions. They rotate new ones in eventually but they remove some. They should have a big library for this price. The screenshots here look like they have a variety of offerings they’re all very similar and the same facilitator. They have a long list of facilitators but none of them has any content. There are no events or other things all those pages are blank. And the get started session it doesn’t mark them or anything if you’ve done them so you have to keep track of where you’re at yourself. It’s a poor user experience. Then if you like one you have the risk they’ll take it away. And why? If you’re paying this much you should have access to the whole library or live classes or teaching. I thought the price was a mistake for a while. I do like the breathing exercises but for this price I expect more content. ### 5/5 — Master your Breath *2026-04-18* Your breath is the remote control to your nervous system. I’ve been doing some form of unregulated breathing for over a decade. Wim Hoff Method, Quantum Light, Outer Trip and Breath with Sandy are a few I’ve done consistently. 9D is just ok compared to these considering the extremely high subscription price. All the ones I mentioned are at most $20 a month and have the same or better effect. 9 D hard pass. Nothing new here. ### 1/5 — Hugely overpriced and bad *2025-11-27* I have cancelled my free trial. Music files are dreadful. Recommend Apple Music - sound and music therapy. Much better and beneficial. ### 1/5 — This Is A Scam USE BALANCE FOR REAL MEDITATIONS *2025-11-24* Who wants to pay over $150 a month for a not so good meditation app when apps like balance (the mind company) exist and are about $60 a year with a lot more tools and even have a way you could switch between 2 different narrators with soothing voices, balance even has a different categories for different types such as sleeping, waking up, BREATHING, they even have different kinds of soundtracks such as waves hitting in the ocean, winds in the forest, bird chirping, etc so idk why anyone would USE THIS OVER BALANCE which is a greater alternative ### 1/5 — AI Slop *2025-08-16, version 1.8.0* Creepy and wretched AI music and voices.
