## What is 9forty5?

9forty5 is the employee app for teams that are paid by the hour. Clock in from your phone, check your hours as they add up, see your schedule and ask for time off.

You need an account from your employer to use this app. Your manager creates it for you and sends you your sign-in details.

CLOCK IN AND OUT
One tap to start your shift and one to end it. Pick your department if you work in more than one. If your employer has set a location for your site, the app records where the punch happened — only at the moment you punch, never in between.

YOUR HOURS, AS THEY HAPPEN
Your time card updates as you work, with regular, overtime and double-time hours separated the way your state calculates them. No waiting until payday to find out what you earned.

YOUR SCHEDULE
See the shifts you are rostered for, including the unpaid break if your employer scheduled one, so you know what you are actually being paid for.

TIME OFF
Request a day off from your phone and see where the request got to. Approved time off appears on your time card automatically.

SIGN IN WITH FACE ID
Set up once and sign in with Face ID or Touch ID after that. No password to remember or type on a phone keyboard with wet hands.

FOR MANAGERS
Managers see their team's punches for the day, approve time cards at the end of the pay period and decide time-off requests, all from the same app. Setup, scheduling, payroll export and company settings are done by your employer in the 9forty5 web application; nothing is bought, sold or set up in this app.
