## What is 9th fit fitness?

9th fit 即人們每日辛勤工作八個小時後，再利用一小時的時間運動，這第九個小時的『運動魂』就是9th Fit成立之宗旨。9th fit (八加一)是一群熱愛健身產業的夥伴共同創立，我們創造、引進及自行開發多元化的團體課程，讓參與本中心的朋友們提高運動興趣進而養成運動習慣，亦提供專業私人教練，設計客製化的運動訓練課程，提升運動效果及達成健身目標。我們致立於打造一個專業、舒適及與具情感連結的健身中心。因此，我們希望加入的每位會員都能體會及獲得健身所帶來的好處，進而將健身成為生活中的一部份，也因『健身』讓家庭、事業、健康與人生充滿更多的色彩。
