Tried various email addresses.  All hit an obscure failure.

Previous account info was discarded as part of the transition to this app. Is that a signal of a new standard of service?

I have been trying to register a new user account, and it keeps giving me error messages. I tried the other way to register where the app validates for me, and that doesn’t work either.

Is this an actual service?
