It's quicker. It's easier and saves my anxiety levels raising through the roof. Now just slowly getting over the taxiaphobia. I know I'm safe with A&B. plus, the taxis are tracked. Peace of mind. As for the service from this app is outstanding. A***** Couldn't fault it. A&B in general are great. Very friendly. Cheaper than most taxis companies. Made to feel at ease too. If there is an easier route for my journey, they'll go that way. The drivers I've had, ask me which route I'd prefer to take (if known), in order for me to have a less stressful journey by it being as short as possible. But once you're talking with them, it tends to ease the anxiety. Bottom line of app: Fantastic. Easy. Simple. Quick turn around. Drop off AND/OR return route back. It seems no matter how near or far you want to go it will always charge 7.21 unless it's a bank holiday or peak rate then it adds 1.60. So anyone using card with this app check the balance it gives you before booking as you may be paying far too much for a short journey. ### 4/5 — Good App but ...... *2011-12-12, version 1.1* App works really well. Only gave it a 4 because it doesn't push through notifications. You have to keep refreshing to find out the status of your booking. You then have to track the vehicle in order to find out the car description. The only thing I can suggest it add is a tab for booking pet taxis as the “additional notes” feature has let me down a few times when needing to transport my pets to the vets or groomers.
