Very disappointed ### 2/5 — Don’t forget your password!! *2025-12-02, version 4.8.257* It’s incredibly difficult to find a way to reset a password. There should be a simple link. If there is one, I couldn’t find it ### 1/5 — Really dissatisfied and disappointed *2025-01-26, version 4.8.256* First of all, the app won’t even work for me because it will not pair. And trust me, I’ve tried the instructions and googled but nothing has worked. I have to try several times to exit and sometimes I just close it on my iPhone. It is a terrible way to get to you birthday. It’s as if a random set of numbers are pulled from thin air and aren’t even close to what your actual readings are. On top of that, I’ve tried multiple times to reset my password through tapping”forgot my password”, app telling me to ck my email and nothing has shown up, not within minutes as with most other accounts and now not even after 24 hrs. I’ve also tried creating a new account but the app tells me my email is already registered! It acknowledges the email so why am I not getting a password reset? This app on both my iPhone and iPad Pro do not connect to it! Other than that, I like this scale very much. ### 2/5 — Synced data wrong *2023-04-26, version 4.8.256* I had no problems pairing with my iPhone, and it’s synced. But it was incorrect. The screen on the machine said 116/84 and in the phone it says 115/85. And the pulse was 63 on the machine and sync is 59. Even though it was more expensive i bought it. I bought it to track bp before and after medication. Nowhere to make notes. No list of actual reading numbers - just a graph. This is so awful i honestly cant believe it. Big well respected company. Do not buy! Look at competitors. ( machine itself is great. The app is hard to navigate, and it’s difficult to track or see previous readings from the day—despite taking multiple readings, I can only view the last one. This is a long-standing issue, as I’ve seen complaints about this problem dating back at least 5 years. It’s really frustrating that such a simple feature hasn’t been addressed in all this time. Looks like they don’t take their customers review’s seriously. Overall, while the monitor works fine, the app still needs serious attention to make it more functional and user-friendly. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — This app doesn’t collect your data!!!! *2026-02-27, version 4.8.257* It’s dated, a little rough around the edges, but it works reliably. You can sign in as “guest” and turn off cellular connectivity and it still works! It will send your BP data to the Apple health app where it’s integrated with a lot of other metrics such as exercises, sleep, heart, respiratory health etc. You are in control of your data and who it gets shared with!!!! 😃 We need more apps like this, too many companies want to monetize everything you do ### 5/5 — Worked perfectly *2019-07-20, version 4.8.251* The unit set quickly and easily.
