As of today, my Welch Allyn bp monitor was dropped and when I tried to reconnect it, it’s no longer an option to use with this app with blue tooth syncing. I had to reconnect my scale this morning, which is an A& D scale, and the app is showing it’s no longer synced as well. I loved the app before this, with 5 stars, but not now. ### 3/5 — BP Monitor good, APP SUCKS- Returning It *2026-06-22, version 3.0.4* BP readings seem accurate, but the app sucks. It splits the readings into daytime and nighttime. If I take my BP at 4:30am (which is considered nighttime on the app for some dumb reason), it doesn’t even register it when I enter it, no matter how many times I save it. I have to download the data to see it, making the app pretty useless for me. Every time I try to use the app to start blood pressure cuff the app crashes. ### 3/5 — Missing a feature I would like. *2026-01-21, version 2.3.4* The "Tri-Check" mode is nice to have, BUT the only time you can see the 3 individual readings is when you are actually taking your blood pressure. It would be great to be able to see those individual reading when looking at your history and review them with your PCP. The monitor gets a little wonky at times so seeing the Tri-Check average of 120/80 is good, however the 3 readings could be vastly different. 110/60, 120/80 and 130/100 give you a 120/80 average but the range could cause some concern. ### 4/5 — Jumeler à l’Apple Watch, pourquoi pas. *2026-01-18, version 2.3.4* Application pratique pour son lien avec le tensiomètre mais la conception et la présentation pourraient être améliorées. The options for the type of monitor does not include the one delivered to me 2. I st up my account, however when I attempt to sign in, the app does not recognize my account. If I attempt to reset an account I am told the account already exists! I only want my data to stay on device unless I choose to share it. I want my data to sync to Apple Health if I choose and that’s it. I do not want to participate in your ecosystem. And I won’t be forced into it. I swear I’m never buying another product from you. My health data belongs to me and I will not participate in your collection of it. Shame on you. If you disable the old app I will file a complaint with my state’s attorney general because that will remove my ability to use the product as it was when I purchased it. I bought this blood pressure machine because of the Bluetooth feature. A lot of good it’s doing because I can’t even connect to the app. Keep getting network connection error. For some reason it doesn’t read correctly. Yesterday my systolic number was 199. Do not recommend. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-02-28, version 2.3.4* We purchased an A&D blood pressure monitor, which was advertised as being Bluetooth compatible and soon found out that it was not. The device repeatedly failed to stay connected via Bluetooth. Finally gave up and returned the product. Terrible products, terrible app. Terrible customer service, one of Canadian toll-free technical support numbers on their technical support page doesn't even work extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company. ### 1/5 — Sold out, I’m deleting it! *2026-02-27, version 2.3.4* The predecessor A&D connect doesn’t require an account. It sends your data to the Apple health app, which you can the forward to a physician. Now, they collect your data and act as an intermediary. There’s no need for them to handle your data for you. I question A&Ds motives, they lost my trust!!!!! I’ll manually enter my BP data into my Apple account to avoid corporate greediness if I have to. The Apple account has a lot of metrics on sleep, o2 saturation, VO2, arythmia, steps walked, etc. Why fragment the data with a corporation that wants to manage for their own self interest.
