I was told the payment would be sent and would take 3 days to arrive, which never happened. I requested a copy of the payment receipt or proof of payment, and they refused to provide it. After further research, I found out that many other drivers are also owed money by this company. Very unprofessional and dishonest. They are operating under another company, MC and double broker which is illegal. They won’t allow a factoring company to secure your payment and that is a red flag. I haven’t got paid even when I requested quick pay multiple times. I email several times. The accounting says I will get paid but I don’t see the money on my account. I will edit the review if I ever get paid by this people. I call several times no answer only some response by email. We work so hard on the road even sleepy and tired leaving the family and pets behind to pay bills and we get this kind of treatment?
