All I can do is refer back to my bank transaction as evidence for my purchase. Really disappointed! I hope A&W won’t simply release an app that is still not able to properly support online payment. Ended up with “payment unsuccessful” and as usual, we did the transection again and again. And ended up with charging my credit card multiple times for those “unsuccessful payments”. Trying again login using phone number, the apps required password to proceed. How do i even reset my password when i cannot register my email earlier. Then apps keep telling me i have already registered. Don’t have any app issue but whenever I order through the app, my order queue seems to be placed at the back? I have ordered on the app earlier than a lot of people ordering at the counter but I ended up being the last to receive. This is what I experience at A&W Cyberjaya. After I made payment, there’s a notification stating that my order will be ready in 10mins. I tried calling Jade Hill branch but the number was not even correct. I had to rush to the branch from office just to confirm my order. The collection time also is not stated as part of the order details. Adding to that status of order also is not available. I have to use the app to collect points. Other restaurants can easily enter points if I gave my phone number. This is the minimum standard for an app. A&W, please find a better app company.
