## What is A Cunning Ruin?

A Cunning Ruin brings a historic strategy game to life, documented among the Zuni people of New Mexico over a century ago.

The rules take 90 seconds. The board takes years.

Two serpent armies face off across a long lattice of triangles. Move along the lines. Jump an enemy to strike it down. And here is the venom: if you can keep jumping, you must. One brave move can trigger a chain that sweeps half the board, or hand your opponent the same.

Every match opens with the game's signature dare: the first piece steps into the center, and it will be taken. What happens next is up to you.

THE DAILY STRIKE
One puzzle a day, the same for everyone on Earth. Find the longest chain in three tries, keep your streak alive, and share your stars, never the solution.

SHARPEN YOUR FANGS
• Three AI opponents, from gentle Hatchling to the pitiless Apex
• Two authentic boards: quick Skirmish and the full 49-point War
• Interactive tutorial: no rulebook, just play
• Pass-and-play on one device
• Portrait or landscape, on iPhone and iPad

BUILT WITH RESPECT
This game is an independent tribute to a strategy game of the Zuni (A:shiwi) people of New Mexico. The Origins screen tells the real history, from Spanish Alquerque to the Zuni innovation that made it extraordinary.

FAIR BY DESIGN
Free. No ads. No accounts. No energy meters. No tricks.

The serpents are waiting. Strike first. Strike longest.
