It broke my heart. BUT. After months of experimentation, I’ve learned that the app WILL work under certain circumstances. In my experience, these circumstances are subway tunnels and public bathroom stall. I say stall singular because it only works in one stall that I’ve found so far. In these locations, I was only able to upload pre-existing photos so I recommend taking selfies in advance before opening the app. I also wasn’t able to share the photos I created of me hand in hand in street with Justin but you CAN save them to your device, or screenshot for slightly better picture quality. To summarize, basically if the app crashes when you open it, try using it in a subway tunnel and it might work. Good luck!
