When it happens, any work done is not saved. Extremely frustrating when I use this app for my freelance business. Reached out to company tech support and they claimed I was the first person to ever report such an issue. They couldn’t figure it out but instead offered me free trial of a beta test version of one of their other products. That product does not suit my business needs at all. I’d hoped maybe the issue was with my phone. However, I got a new phone last week, and this program has still crashed on me once already. App works great, when it works. Makes it easy to personalize photos in many ways. However, in my opinion paid subscribers should have access to more content. My only real criticism of this app is the font color choices are not great.
