## What is A Good Turn?

A good turn toward your next hidden gem.

A Good Turn helps you find the independent, locally loved places that make Chicago what it is, then turns them into a plan you can actually use. No chains. No paid placements. Just the spots locals love, organized by neighborhood and by what you are in the mood for.

DISCOVER CHICAGO, ONE NEIGHBORHOOD AT A TIME
Browse hidden gems across all 77 Chicago community areas. Pick one neighborhood or several, then filter by the vibes you love, from food and arts to history and nightlife.

SEE WHAT IS NEARBY
Find gems close to where you are right now, whether you live here or are visiting for the weekend.

BUILD AN ITINERARY IN MINUTES
Choose your neighborhoods and interests, and the free Itinerary Builder puts together a plan for your outing. Date night, a staycation, a Saturday with friends, or a first visit to the city: start with a plan instead of a search bar.

CURATED BY PEOPLE WHO KNOW CHICAGO
Every place in the app is reviewed and written by the A Good Turn team, so what you find is real, local, and worth the trip.
