The driver was friendly and attentive, making sure my sons were safely fastened in before driving away. He was honest in telling us he needed to go a different route to what I would normally go due to the roads flooding. On arrival at my home, the driver waited until we were safe in the house before driving away. He was a young lad, driving a Ford Mondeo with Hilltop Cars written in the side. I asked where the taxi was that I was told would be picking us up from the previous phone call, I don’t know who told you that was the response so I asked how long I could expect to be waiting to be told I’ve no idea you’re not a priority as you booked on the app! I thanked them for ruining my night & put the phone down, the app immediately told me my taxi was cancelled!
