A-OK Mind felt like someone finally handed me a flashlight and said, “You’re not broken. You’re brilliant—and here’s how your brain works.”

I’ve always been the planner, the fixer, the one who keeps everything running. But behind the scenes, I was constantly overwhelmed, second-guessing myself, and wondering why things felt harder than they should. This app helped me name that experience—and gave me tools that actually fit how my brain moves.
I’m a huge fan of this app and also a past student of the AOK Academy!

This app is not only visually beautiful but has so much valuable (free!!) content for us ADHDers. I especially loved the course on RSD.
