There are some irritating features such the difficulty of keeping only some accounts visible on the main page. I am also on some shared accounts that I do not want to have show up because I don’t use them. I’ve gone to my branch, had help removing them from my homepage, only to have them show up again. I was also frustrated to learn that you can’t do a member to member transfer during times the institution is not open such as Saturday night or all day Sunday. I couldn’t find it anywhere that it told me that, so again I used my branch to help with that type of issue. On an extremely positive note, I live less than a mile from my branch, and everyone who works there is extremely helpful and courteous, as well as friendly and welcoming.
