## What is A. Shridhar Sales and Customer?

A. Shridhar was formed with the vision of becoming a benchmark in the field of construction industry in Ahmedabad, India. The company is based on the foundation of ethics, quality, and transparency. With the remarkable experience of more than 2 decades in land and infrastructure development, we aim to provide technical, strategic and commercial expertise in a broad range of our projects.

This is a Post Sales App for customers and property buyers of A.Shridhar. With this App, customers who have bought properties from A.Shridhar can manage and track information about their purchased property in real time like:

1. View Booking details and Account summary.
2. Track Payment schedule
3. Receive instant payment notification and receipt.
4. Access and download Account Statement.
5. Get access to all your documents.
6. View Construction Updates and Feeds

### 3.2.2 — 2025-11-20

1. The Mobile App now has a feature to restrict the edit of Client Name and Remarks for Blocked Units using the new Group Permission.
2. Users can now search Brokers by their Company Name in Register Inquiry & Filter Inquiry. 
3. The Mobile App is made compatible with the latest iOS version, iOS 26.

### 3.2 — 2025-09-01

1. A new filter for Project is added to the Dashboard, enabling users to view Pre-Sales data by project. 
2. Chat with prospective clients instantly through WhatsApp. 
3. After making an Inquiry Follow-up through phone call, automatically get the details of that phone call under Follow-up History. 
4. A new filter is added to the Inquiry List to show or hide Idle Inquiries.
5. Make the "Status" field compulsory when adding or modifying an Inquiry Follow-up if it is associated with the final "Stage".

### 3.0.1 — 2025-02-14

1) Promote projects using the Project Discovery module & generate leads. 
2) Route leads automatically according to their Source or Sub-source.
3) Add broker instantly at the Register Inquiry page.
4) Customize Inquiry Follow-up Form's compulsory fields. 
5) Automatically send Site Visit Reminders. 
6) Prevent changing the Inquiry Source and previous Follow-up Dates through permission. 
7) Channel Partners can now personalize and download marketing creatives.

### 2.6.3 — 2024-10-10

1. App performance is optimized for dealing with large number of records.
2. Activated Unit Block Notification to staff through Email and SMS, when Unit is blocked
from the Mobile App.
3. Push Notifications have been improved to deliver greater stability and compatibility.

### 2.6 — 2023-08-21

1) Introduced the feature to personalize and download photos with your name and contact details under Feeds. This feature is for agents and channel partners of A Shridhar, so that they can share the marketing creatives to their customers with their own contact details.

2) The leads are now accessible to the staff members where they conducted site visits.

3) Several GUI enhancements are made in the Feed List screen.
