Also we need a way to sort our watch list by location and time. ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2026-06-30* The idea is good, and I’m sure it will become fewer bargains as it becomes more popular, just like eBay back in the day. But the app isn’t great. Having to go in and individual take each one off is ridiculous and honestly keeps me from using the app as much. When I try to open the app, it says there is an updated needed to continue using the app but the App Store says the app is already up to date. 2. I’m getting a million notifications claiming that I’ve been outbid on products that show I’m winning them. I’ve tried closing and reopening the app and clearing my notifications and my phone continues to vibrate every minute.. no joke. 3. If you bid on or add more than 20 items to your watch list, it doesn’t show in your list, so you have to remember what you bid on and manually search it up to keep up with it. Somehow I’ve lost out on items I was winning and didn’t get notifications of being outbid, but being notified of being outbid when it shows I’m winning. I currently have items that are about to end and I need to bid may others bid on them and now I can’t even get into the app.. ### 1/5 — I love this app BUT…. *2026-03-16* It would totally be a 5 star review if y’all could make a “delete all closed items” button on the wishlist. It’s ridiculous that you have to go in individually to delete something off your wishlist! Also, but the wishlist in “auction ending order”. Is that too much to ask? If you fixed that then the app would be perfect! ### 3/5 — Too easy to accidentally bid *2026-03-15* Can you please take away the side buttons. If you choose appears new and it’s electronic it will more than likely be broken and they will NOT return or give your money back. ### 1/5 — You cannot reset your password *2026-02-17, version 1.0.19* I’ve made comments to staff, I’ve sent emails and made comments online… and no one ever gets back to you nor has the issue been fixed. The app will log out out randomly and for some reason the app does not save the password in passwords… and if you forget the password, you’ll request a verification code, but it will never be sent. ### 1/5 — Loads of Frustration *2026-02-15, version 1.0.19* App is super slow and glitchy. Takes forever to load and often just stays on a blank page. I would be bidding on more if the app was working as it should. It is doing the same on my coworkers app as well. They’re is a lot of things I wanted to bid on but am unable to do so now ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-02-11, version 1.0.19* I had the highest bid and a lower bid “won” and many other items the winner had my same bid I.e. they didn’t want to let it go at that price. Thought it was a cool website recommended by local people but they are not fair. ### 1/5 — Poor Store Management *2026-02-03, version 1.0.19* Tupelo Mississippi Location: Due to the winter storm on 01/25/2026 or later Please post if the store was closed and you tried to pickup or If you were not able to pick up your items at the other days they posted due to roads being shutdown or inconvenience at that time. If the store will not refund you your money. The manger who states his name is Will ( not sure)he refused several times to give his name and had a very bad attitude and was very unprofessional and just walked away and stated why would you bid if you knew bad weather was coming? Really!! Other surrounding AStock locations extended their pickup days, however this manger whose name is Will Brewer at the Mississippi Tupelo location decided not to. Therefore many customers lost their items and money since no refunds were given. He could had been more considerate of his customers especially since the major expressways/highways were shut down due to the weather and the treacherous traffic conditions. ### 1/5 — Issue with bids *2026-01-16, version 1.0.19* Some bid are duplicated and will just simply disappear. For instance if I bid on something for a Friday auction for $10 and a similar item under the Saturday auction. It will show only the one most recent bid and the both disappeared from watchlist. How the hell am I supposed to know what I won. Because on the bid list it was say I was outbid. Over 600.00 worth, sorry bunch of people if you ask me. If you notice there’s no phone number to get ahold of them. They said to email them. Haha. Bunch of Crooks if you ask me!! When you buy a pallet, just go ahead and take it straight to the dump too. No need in looking in it. ### 1/5 — Worst app/store *2026-07-18* Worst place to make bids! The bid was supposed to end and instead of it ending. They added another 5 minutes to the bid! Can’t see what I’ve bid on. And even when I could it’s constantly glitching causing me to lose bids. Half the time the descriptions don’t match the photos. ### 1/5 — Worst bidding app ever! *2026-04-11* Where do I start? You can’t zoom in on an item to see if it’s something you want to click on for more information. You have to actually click on it and then back out if it wasn’t what you thought. The slide to quick bid button is way too easy to slide when scrolling and you don’t get the option to confirm. This is how I accidentally bid on 2 unfinished cabinet doors that did not match cabinets in any properties that I owned. Thankfully I was outbid in the final minutes. If you want to save an item you have to click on it and manually save it. There is no ‘star’ you can just click from the picture that puts it in a saved list for you. Your saved items do not delete from the saved tab - ever. You have to go in and manually delete them…one by one. I have about 6 bidding apps that I use and this is BY FAR the ABSOLUTE WORST! I’m not sure what developer thought this was a great app to launch. I would suggest that they take a look at HiBid, ProxiBid, heck ANY other bidding app and take notes. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-04-01* Their app freezes for days on end and then you can’t check your item details for pickup, and end up forfeiting that money. Can’t see what you bid on after you bid. The current bid list is always blank. Hard to keep track of anything. Glitch after glitch. Oh, don’t even get me started on the new website… A-Stock has amazing deals if you can get through the app. **UPDATE** They listened and fixed the issues I had complained about. 5 stars! And when you click on an item in your watch list and then go back to your watch list, it needs to be where you left off not at the top again. And it would be nice if you could delete items in your watch list with a swipe or something easier than clicking back on the item. I’m not the only one with these feelings.
