No help from customer service.All you can do is send an email and wait and never hear from anyone. You only get what’s in the picture and even then you could see two different pictures of completely different items. You’ll get whatever was in one of the pictures and only what you see in the picture. For example, the listing says “battery powered pole saw with 2 rechargeable batteries and charger” but the photo only shows the pole saw by itself with no batteries or charger visible in the photo, assume there are NO batteries or charger. They will not refund you on anything sold as-is. Any they are very clever on how they take pictures, with most of them being only a partial view of the item or blurry or from too far away to get a good idea of an items condition. If it’s listed as-is (or even “appears new”), you might get lucky with accessories that are supposed to be included but don’t assume they will be there and assume it’s most likely broken in some way shape or form, so bid accordingly and be handy or be prepared to toss whatever you won in the trash can.
