These people will take most the money off any load and pay you way lower than minimum. They always crying to get things done but when to pay the driver; they ensure their pockets are full first. Just a bunch of lying Middle Eastern folks and it aches me to say it as another Middle Eastern. If you are a first time owner operator DO NOT START HERE!!! They will rob you. Until I left them and work for other brokers then I realise how much they robbed me. **Developer response:** We're sorry that you feel this way. As you know, our app allows the driver to always submit their own bid. We never book you for a load with less price than what you agreed with. And our dispatch team regularly remind drivers to bid higher than the suggested price if they feel that our algorithm is underestimating the cost ### 1/5 — Company and app *2021-06-29* Actually, app is very good to use but this A-Z company is a joke. I think it’s only a scam. They are just in the app doesn’t exist in real. No loads provided no contacts, so funny😂😂😂😂😂😂. Even if you talk to dispatcher, and dispatcher told you that the load wil fit , you can get into the location and you will realize that the load doesn’t fits in your car. In this case you’re driving for nothing wasting your time and decline the other offers. This company basically pays for a meal and your gas for the distance traveled completely not worth the Chump change. You can make a lot more money elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Not sure how to use this app *2020-12-26, version 4.3.1* They send routes but some come in where you can counter but others don’t let you. There is a fee if you accept and don’t perform the route but the ones that don’t let you counter are not worth the money. If anyone knows how to use please enlighten me. They have high insurance requirements also. So far not seeing the benefit. There is no number to contact anyone and no tutorials. ### 1/5 — Worse Dispatchers EVER *2020-12-08, version 4.2.0* If you trying to make money THIS COMPANY IS NOT FOR YOU. 1st I was with the company for my first 3 weeks and never got paid BUT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE DISPATCHERS. Now the purpose of the app is to let you bid on WHAT LOADS YOU WANT, meaning you get to choose or decline any offers that come through the app. BUT THE DISPATCH DONT RUN IT THAT WAY. You can bid on any loads you want but they will IGNORE YOUR BID/OFFERS AND SEND YOU LOAD/OFFERS that THEY WANT TO GIVE YOU. What’s the purpose of us bidding on a load if dispatch is going to give you WHAT THEY WANT TO GIVE YOU. It’s like going to a restaurant asking for grilled chicken salad and they continue ignore your request and bring you a greasy cheese burger. Lastly the money they charge for the loads ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. If you have your own truck you better RUN because you will give you just enough money for gas to make that run. You will not have money left over. They are good for sending you 4 hours away for 200 dollars. They take no accountability for the mistakes they make and they apparently don’t know how to tell time or the difference in time zones. They deactivated my account for arriving to a location on time per EST but they were calculating it in CEN time saying i was late and refused to pay me on time and there pay was extremely low. Please please please find another company before using these fraudulent people.
