Went to leave Disney and waited 50 minutes with no sign of the bus. Asked another route driver if our bus was running and he was extremely condescending about how to use the app. I didn’t have this ap before today. False or misleading sales of passes and rude driver when asking for help in a foreign city is a bad look. ### 1/5 — Don't use ART bus *2025-02-27* Never been so dissatisfied with a service before. Hotel recommended we use the bus to get to Disney so we bought a week pass. The bus would always get full before getting to our stop so we never had a morning bus to ride. Ended up paying for uber every single morning. At night time, the ONE bus for the whole line was always charging when the park closed and dozens of people were left waiting 30+ minutes for a bus. I even went to the website and watched the video, but no where does it explain how to do that.
