Bought passes only to find there weren’t any routes. Information delivery is terrible. Barely usable. If you’re lucky to be sitting in front of a magic spot then this is your bag. If you’re literally anyone else, avoid. And never buy the passes in advance. A scam. ### 1/5 — Worst customer service ever and never showed up once over three days. *2024-02-17* We stayed at Four Points Sheraton in Anaheim and purchased a three day pass. All times were completely inaccurate and kept having delays pushed back by double digits. When we finally caught one bus our tickets were ‘invalid’. I reached out for help and no one got back to me. We ended up walking everywhere on our honeymoon. The fourth day when they are now expired and we are flying back home I reached out one more time for possible help or refund any help. They answer with no professional told me ‘it’s like food you can’t return it’. I’m from New York and even there we will put on a professional hat and help even if we are miserable. Horrible customer service do not recommend you’re better off taking Uber. I have screenshots of my conversation for proof as well. I will NOT recommend this to anyone if you don’t want to stress your trip and need to time manage. ### 2/5 — Last stop gets no priority for mornings *2023-10-09* We went to clarion hotel. The bus we would normally take in the morning would be 5, but almost everytime we waited in the morning for Disneyland at 8am the bus passes us because it was full from the other stops. This would keep repeating until you would simply give up and walk. They have the same route, so the same thing happens everyday and we ended up walking the 2 out of 3 days at Disneyland. Waited at least 30 minutes every morning and ended up walking. Giving another star because the bus driver, a woman with tied up blonde hair straight tied up personally drove to our stop first to take us since there was a whole crowd waiting due to buses ditching our stop for being full. Kudos to her. ### 1/5 — FRAN Rides? No Longer Showing *2023-08-17* Had been using the FRAN service for a while and really enjoyed it. Would load up the app, search between two pick up locations and find a ride quite easily. For the last couple months, FRAN rides have not been returning to select. I would check throughout the day and the only option available is walk. This has been months. I see FRAN drive around periodically but I still can not get a ride. I have FRAN chosen in the app as well. The service has gone MIA or the app is broken not sure how others are finding rides. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate. Need several other apps to make up for lack of functionality *2023-08-07* Completely useless app. Unintuitive, needed another app to buy tickets, shuttle positions were inaccurate, schedules were inaccurate, shuttles ignore most non-hotel stops on their routes. Don’t count on going anywhere except your hotel and Disneyland. I’ve never encountered a public transit app this confusing and difficult to use. ### 1/5 — Horrible Employees *2023-07-19, version 96* Absolute garbage employees working ART at Disneyland. Staff allowed peoples to jump lines while waiting for shuttle. Driver kicked off families where children could not stand on bus, but then same driver allowed on later bus. Will never use again. ### 1/5 — Not reliable *2023-05-05* We bought passes for two days spent 24 dollars for nothing! The bus did not come for almost over hour and a half then we ended up having to walk with an elderly handicapped person in our party. On top of that they decided not to tell us our driver went on break. I would never recommend this bus system to anymore that actually likes to get places in a timely manner. Waste of 24 dollars. When we complained we were denied access to speak to a manager and we’re denied a refund since we were “still using their services” every time they requested a bus for us it was always longer than the wait time they told us. On top of that we used the services maybe twice out of the 48 hours we had the pass since the bus never came. Still waiting for that refund maybe this will get your attention ### 1/5 — Use Lyft or Uber! *2023-02-07, version 93.1* Don’t bother!!!! You might as well use Uber or Lyft. The busses are always delayed. We waited 40 minutes for a bus to Disney and ended up walking instead. ### 1/5 — Routes Inconsistent: Rude driver *2025-05-07* Shuttle said it would run every 20 minutes when we bought a day pass. Went to leave Disney and waited 50 minutes with no sign of the bus. Asked another route driver if our bus was running and he was extremely condescending about how to use the app. I didn’t have this ap before today. False or misleading sales of passes and rude driver when asking for help in a foreign city is a bad look. ### 1/5 — Don't use ART bus *2025-02-27* Never been so dissatisfied with a service before. Hotel recommended we use the bus to get to Disney so we bought a week pass. The bus would always get full before getting to our stop so we never had a morning bus to ride. Ended up paying for uber every single morning. At night time, the ONE bus for the whole line was always charging when the park closed and dozens of people were left waiting 30+ minutes for a bus. The app does not tell you much as far as where to go, how to get to where and what bus you need to get on. There are also no refunds, even if you never used their service due to lack of communication on their end ### 1/5 — Am I really this stupid? *2024-12-07* I cannot for the life of me figure out how to create an account or login, but that’s exactly what it keeps saying when I try to buy passes to board the ART for Disneyland. I even went to the website and watched the video, but no where does it explain how to do that. Tracking is a waste of time. Multiple buses on the same route back to back are “drop off only” with no indication of that on the app. Do better. ### 1/5 — Legitimately useless if you don’t have data or roaming *2024-08-01, version 114* Was advised by our hotel in Anaheim to download the app as tickets could only be bought on the app (that was a lie as you could buy tickets on the bus) Bought two day passes to travel between our hotel and Disneyland. As foreign visitors, we don’t have roaming as its prohibitively expensive outside our home country. Passes only work if you have internet. Drivers don’t accept screenshots of passes even though it’s a QR code. Silly company policy. Don’t bother with this app if you don’t have data as you can’t download passes, nor can you download it to your apple wallet. Buy your passes on the bus. I’ll Wasted $12 and the cost of 4 one way tickets on top of that. App would work fine if you could download passes. It’s something plenty of other travel companies allow and seems completely predatory, with all of the overpriced rubbish in Disney this just ruined our day. With so many foreign people visiting the area for Disney and the convention centre, not having the option to download passes is a gross oversight and I suspect on purpose. You try to get passes and it says create an account but no link to create an account. The whole thing is way over complicated and not intuitive at all. I was at the baggage claim at 9:55, but bags weren’t coming yet. This was my first time using this service and I didn’t know where to go. After walking around for maybe 5 minutes, I seen the EVE bus and the driver was very polite and helpful. I asked if I could send him a tip via cash app or apple pay bc I had no cash on hand. He kindly refused.. Tip: bring some cash, the drivers deserves tips… ### 5/5 — The best! *2024-02-18* Kind, patient and safe drivers. Used the buses for Disneyland shuttles for three days then airport. So convenient and affordable. Clean, smaller vehicles. Very impressed. Highly recommend to everybody.
