I pre-booked a taxi to go to the airport at 8.00am. At 8.15 i called the office and was told,” We are very busy in the mornings we will get someone to you as soon as possible.”
FOR AN AIRPORT RUN????? Unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe it.
