I usually use this company and was pleased to find they had an app.  I ordered a car for 7 but the one that turned up only had 6 seats.  The driver argued with me & told me I’d ordered the wrong size car so I showed him my booking and he said it was my fault for using the app and I should have phoned!  Very rude, didn’t apologise when it clearly wasn’t my fault & ended up telling us the only way we could get to town was with someone sitting on the floor!  Fairly sure that’s not legal!

Taxis on way £5.10. A1 I asked for meter to be turned on, it wasn’t , we dropped a friend off . We had to tell driver to stop . Then asked driver to U turn rather than go long way . On arrival I was asked for £6.30. ???? And given £3 change from £10.

Use them for my 2 teenagers regular school run, the drivers are trustworthy and punctual, arriving 5 mins early daily, I pay on the app cheap and reliable taxi service would recommend
