Then waited and waited and waited. Nothing. Uninstalled the app reinstalled still the same. Clearly a beta version with issues. ### 1/5 — Crashes on start up *2017-05-29, version 1.0* As mentioned. After giving name, phone number and address, then entering 4 digit code from text mesg I get kicked out. Deleted app, and re-installed. Exactly same happened. Booked taxi and was charged in advance. Tried to book a taxi home and the card details I entered earlier haven’t been saved so tried to add them again but keep getting the message that somethings gone wrong. Booked with someone else now ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2021-12-03, version 330.15.0* Says add number to register and it’ll text you. No texts ever come. Worst app ever ### 1/5 — Very bad service *2021-11-25, version 330.15.0* Waited 40 minutes to be picked up from Rotherham hospital with a poorly child. Had to phone twice to see where the driver was, first time I was told he was a minute away. 10 minutes passed so I phoned again, completely different taxi turned up to the original one. First driver decided it was his home time which resulted in me waiting a very long time. In future I think you should be honest, I could have saved time and got my child home sooner. ### 1/5 — Used to be good *2020-02-02, version 330.15.0* The cab service used to be awesome booked it and it would turn up, now there seems to be a lackadaisical approach to bookings. They don’t guarantee slots so you might get a cab and it might be for when you booked it. MIGHT! ### 1/5 — Rude customer service *2019-11-02, version 330.15.0* Called to ask if my train will be on time as stated in the app and the lady said “if you have any common sense, you should have booked 1 hour before train time” despite booking one hour before time. Called to complain and a different lady and she dropped the phone. Apparently the member of staff I spoke to has had more than 25 complains in the last week alone. Why keep a liability as a member of staff? Next time, I’ll just use Uber. Also, even though the app took my credit card, driver now said I need to pay cash because the credit card system doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Poor service *2019-10-19, version 330.15.0* Ordered a taxi. Due for 5:56. Never dispatched, when I called was told they had no taxis in the area, and to wait 10-15 mins further. When I enquired why I was told this time, I was told, the app doesn’t know when you want to go out?!? And I should have called the telephone line. Pretty much the most pointless app for a taxi I’ve ever experienced / seen / dealt with ### 1/5 — Useless *2019-03-24, version 330.15.0* Used the app to book a local trip, got the confirmation but had to ring because of a problem.Then I was told they probably couldn’t do the time I’d chosen. It seems the journey wasn’t long enough. The company has never been much use without using technology to make things worse. ### 1/5 — Service *2019-03-17, version 330.15.0* Been using these for the last 4 years now , from Brinsworth to cutlers in Rotherham and it’s different price every time , but the same route ,, I book it on my app , it says £5.30 ok , it gives you a time when it should pic you up ! It’s 10 mins late so you can track it , I find out it’s parked on next street to we’re I live For 10 mins 😡😡 , this happened lots of times !! Any way I get to cutlers. It’s know £ 5.70 ,,, so I’ll take a photo of his meter !!! So it bloody keeps changing prices but it’s the same blood root , In the sometimes last year it was £ 6.10 😡😡 So I think I have to go into A1 to complain about there service that the drivers are ripping us off ! Everything went like clockwork. The driver (Darren) was superb and the price of the job was very competitive.
