After being informed my booking couldn't be fulfilled, my polite and understanding response was met with unwarranted defensiveness from the driver. It's concerning when a customer's polite communication is met with such a negative reaction. Didn’t turn up and when I called said it would be 15 minutes. Would have missed my train if it hadn’t been for Uber who picked me up in 5 mins.
