Пользуюсь давно, но как страницы не прогружались нормально так ничего и не изменилось. Очень медленно загружается первая страница, а бывает просто обрывается. Перейти в другую вкладку так вообще вечность. Хотелось бы чтобы уже пофиксили.

Почему это устаревшее приложение нельзя взять и переписать с нуля?! Зачем допиливать то, что вызывает столько негатива со стороны клиентов и загружает работой самих разработчиков этого. 
В кабинете юр.лица выбираю абонента, историю вызовов и далее пытаюсь перейти к распечатке и ничего.. По другим менюшкам потапал, вроде работают, а детализация нет. 
Приходится с компа это смотреть. 
Нехорошо это.

в начале этого года у всех подключилась услуга форсаж, которая была бесплатной до конца 2026 года, в июле почему то списались деньги, пытался узнать написав в поддержку на сайте, но на сайте отвечает бот, который не читает твое сообщение, а дает на выбор несколько проблем с которыми вы могли столкнуться. узнал почему, только после обращения в тех поддержку, в которой сначала бот сбросил трубку, а на второй раз уже рассказали, что форсаж бесплатный, только до 100гб интернета в месяц, и получается мало того что услуга форсаж ничего не дает, так еще и не бесплатная

Примерно такой был дизайн и функционал, когда появились первые приложения, вероятно даже лучше. Не говоря уже о качестве самого интернета этой замечательной компании

Удобное в целом приложение. 1 звезда за pop up с продажей бесполезных подписок за деньги. По 3 баннера в секунду. Ужас и не сразу это получается отключить, только через поддержку.

-0,06 копеек, отключают все услуги. Хоть бы кто предупредил, 2 дня , пока не сказали ,что до меня не дозвониться. Подписывают на какие то услуги, каждую неделю надо заходить и смотреть , не подписали ли тебя вновь на что нибудь по 20-30 рублей

Я доволен этим приложением. Всё, что нужно для контроля тарифов, услуг и баланса, всегда под рукой. Приложение стало быстрее после обновлений, интерфейс стал приятнее. Могу легко подключить eSIM и следить за остатком трафика и минут. В общем, не могу нарадоваться.
