Nu recomand ### 1/5 — Ridiculous. *2025-01-27, version 35.1.7* There is no point in using this taxi service as it is almost always unavailable in the mornings from 8-9 and has caused me to be late for almost the entirety of last year due to not being able to get a taxi and having to pre book which is something that doesn’t even help me in the moment because I’m not going somewhere the next day I’m going somewhere now. As far as a good taxi company goes this is far from it, drivers can be reckless and rude as well as inappropriate. I’m sick of this company which is why I’ve finally decided to write a review on my FINAL straw, tried to book a taxi half an hour ago and got the “try pre booking” today I finally decided to try and pre book for 8:30 when that didn’t work moved over to king cars then bolt. NONE WORKED. They are never on time or they send people who are over 20 minutes away causing me to be extremely late. This taxi service is now probably the worst by far after the way it’s been recently and had there been any competition A2B would loose no doubt. Hopefully we get a new taxi company soon who can actually do their jobs. One last thing is the use of Satnavs. Why do you have a satnav if you’re going to ask me for directions? I don’t drive so how would I know how to get there I don’t just take taxis for fun. If the navigation is bugging or they don’t have one then I perfectly understand but don’t ask me for directions when the satnav is telling you exactly where to go. ### 1/5 — From 10 to 0 *2024-08-22, version 34.5.14* App worked great the first time I used it. Hasn’t worked since. Won’t give a price and just say change the time to get a price which does not work. When you delete the app and re install to try and resolve the issue it won’t let you register as your phone number has been used but doesn’t provide a log in page or button to use the registered number. Truly awful ### 1/5 — Bad service *2024-06-30, version 34.5.14* Our driver turned up to early even though I booked it for 11:30 , he turned the music up loud and he didn’t help at all with luggage ### 1/5 — Serious concern about manner of driving *2024-01-09, version 34.5.10* Collected from house. Took an age for driver to operate the phone to confirm destination (rail station). Left in wrong direction. Gave him instruction which he took exact opposite. Set off. At junctions and roundabouts pulled out three times in front of others. Each resulting in the other driver either flashing lights or hooting. I am a qualified instructor and would not expect anyone who has passed their standard test to drive this badly. If this has been a proper test this would have been a major fail. ### 1/5 — nonchalant operators *2023-10-18, version 34.3.28* I recently had the opportunity to engage with the operators and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the very beginning, it was evident that the operator was not interested in providing a positive customer experience. Their representatives seemed disinterested and rushed. Furthermore, when I faced a problem with their service, I reached out to their customer support, hoping for a solution. Unfortunately, this only added to my frustration. The support team was unhelpful, lacking the knowledge and willingness to address my concerns effectively. Their responses were vague, and it appeared as if they were more interested in closing the conversation than resolving my issue. They failed to provide the basic courtesy and attention that customers expect, which is disappointing. Their disinterested and unhelpful customer service representatives, coupled with a lack of effective problem-solving, make it challenging to recommend their services. ### 1/5 — No longer useable, can’t login or signup *2022-08-14, version 33.6.21* It looks like there’s been an update, and when I open the app it asked for a login. Why I try and signup it says the mobile number is already used. When I try to reset the email/password using that mobile nothing is sent, so can never login or signup ### 1/5 — Liars! *2022-01-03, version 33.4.27* me and my girlfriend have tested positive for covid so we called up and asked if they could check if any of their driver have tested positive for covid and the man at reception asked for details on who booked the taxi and told me we have never booked a taxi through them but also said that the description of the car we got was the same as what they gave us!!! ### 1/5 — Never on time *2021-11-20, version 33.4.27* One of the best in Peterborough became the worst without a doubt. They’re never on time anymore in the mornings so you’re always late at work or school. Used their services for more than 5 years, they used to always be fast and in time, for about 1-2 years now it just went down grade. Probably management changed or whatever but I won’t be using this ever again. I’m on the edge of losing my job because this guys can never be in time even though I’m always booking a day before. They’re saying they’re busy but I really couldn’t care less. You’re a taxi company and I expect to be at work in time if I’m booking my car a day before… RIP A2B ### 1/5 — Problem with app *2021-10-02, version 33.4.19* The app sometimes (not always) changes the inputted address without you noticing. This has happened to me twice now and today it inserted identical pick up and drop off addresses. This obvious error was not questioned, a taxi was dispatched AND payment was taken.
