The app is user friendly, I particularly like the tracking feature so you can see how far away your taxi is. The issues seem to be with the drivers rather than the app. Living on a new development I was pleased to see my road on the map but I am constantly perplexed that every time I book a taxi I get a phone call from the driver asking where they should go.
