Avoid at all cost ### 1/5 — App does not work properly. *2024-11-15, version 34.6.18* No showTaxi did not turn up at the Hotel reception but charged me the fare. Spent 12 minutes arguing with the chap on their main number who insisted that the invisible taxi had turned up we got reception to order us another taxi from a different company ### 1/5 — awful *2023-11-23, version 34.3.23* this app didn’t help me in anyway AT ALL. firstly I was charged TWICE for setting up my account, £1.01 each time. Doesn’t sound much at all but why should I be charged to set up an account ? And why twice? After trying to book a fairly simple 5 min journey, the app wouldn’t allow me as there wasn’t anyone available. The app itself is slow, and defeats the purpose of having an app instead of just calling a taxi firm. Was more hassle than it’s worth. Havnt found a help page to get back the money I’m owed. ### 1/5 — Dangerous app *2023-07-21, version 3.3.1* I ordered a taxi using the app, which said it would be 18 minutes. They took money out of my account and then called to say that the cab would be over an hour and a half. On hour ten minutes longer than the app said they would. The money was gone from my account and yet I couldn’t get the cab in the time promised on the app! This is a very very dangerous app. Imagine if it was your child using the app with their last £20. ### 1/5 — Good App *2022-04-15, version 2.17.0* The App is ok. The company…the worst I have seen in my life!!!! ### 1/5 — Would not accept pre booking *2021-12-03, version 2.15.0* Tried this app to prebook a taxi home from Truro station. The app would not process payment from Apple Pay first of all, so I tried pre booking to pay in the car. This gave me a message about no drivers being available so try pre booking instead. This is the same experience my husband had a couple of months ago on a quiet Tuesday evening, so can only assume it is a standard response.. ### 3/5 — Why can I no longer request a saloon car? *2024-12-08, version 36.1.0* In the previous version of the app I could request a saloon car. This option is no longer available, meaning that I can no linger book using the app and have to telephone instead. ### 4/5 — A2B app *2024-11-27, version 36.0.0* Please please sort the app. Have been trying for a while now to try and change my password. It says it has sent an email but nothing ever turns up! It says it has sent an email but nothing ever turns up! ### 5/5 — Great *2021-12-30, version 2.15.0* Pros: Quick and easy to use Friendly taxi drivers Cons: Only issue is that I didn’t receive an email or text confirmation to say that the booking had gone through or that the taxi had arrived.
