## What is A3 Care Ledger?

A3 Care Ledger helps home care and disability service agencies document Intermediate Care Services (ICS) and related programs with one secure app for staff and administrators.

FOR FIELD STAFF
• Sign in with your agency email and password
• Complete daily progress notes and check-ins with check-in and check-out times
• Document in-person and remote ICS visits with required remote check-in details
• View your assigned clients, weekly schedule, and visit history in My Work
• See hours and visit counts for the current pay period

FOR ADMINISTRATORS
• Dashboard overview of today’s activity, drafts, follow-ups, and service mix
• Manage clients and staff, assign clients to staff, and mark records inactive without losing history
• Plan weekly staff–client assignments on the Schedule calendar
• Review all check-ins with filters for service type (ICS, PCA, CDCS, and more) and in-person vs remote
• Staff Hours and biweekly Payroll reports with CSV export
• Settings for program configuration, password management, and data backup options

COMPLIANCE & QUALITY
• MN HomeCare-style visit fields: goals, tasks, follow-up, note status, and signatures
• Role-based access: staff only see their assignments; admins see the full agency view
• Audit-friendly history when clients or staff are deactivated

A3 Care Ledger is intended for authorized agency staff. Your organization provides login credentials. Not for public self-signup without agency approval.
