Not able to access offline content.
Downloaded content doesn’t appear offline nor the the videos. Tried downloading it multiple times. Also tried reinstalling the app but still the same issue. Can you have a look into it please. Thanks

I purchased a subscription, but the app still does not grant me access to the full version. Despite completing the payment, my account continues to function as if no subscription exists.

Videos not working on iPad
Good enough for what it is as a basics trained and a supplemental way of understanding systems in other than strait book reading.
Only gripe is the videos don’t work on iPad even when downloaded for offline use.
