This app doesn’t work - I’ve emailed the AA about it and they’ve assured me I’m subscribed to armed response but the app says I’m not and doesn’t allow me to set it up. This has been ongoing since I got AA in August. I can’t access anything to do with pressing the panic button. It just gives me a page of “add debit/credit card” then payment method failed. Honestly. Useless.

I login to the app, before anything else it takes me straight to the card payment details. I try to pay, and it keeps on saying ‘processing’ nothing works or happens.

Difficult to understand how to renew and log in.

I doesn’t allow me to choose payment method. it’s showing me an error message”  There was a problem setting up your payment method. Please try again or come back later.” I deleted the app and decided to install it again . Nothing changes .

Very happy with the service, and the urgency in which they return your calls. I feel that the marketing could be worked on, as I feel that they rely solely on word of mouth marketing. However, it’s really worthwhile to sign up with AA with all of their premium deals! They go to great lengths to ensure their quality matches their service. Qudos to AA!

Really don't know why anyone would not sign up for this service... Armed response anywhere in SA for maximum of R35-00 a month and you can load dependants and spouses for reduced rates... Gives good peace of mind.
Only thing possibly missing is support as an Apple Watch app
