These guys were close to getting off work. I used this flawlessly when the app was new, but like so many others I just had to call in my roadside assistance request. Had to change it to a tow to get back home. They gave the driver the wrong address so that added an extra half hour of conversations with the driver! All their communications with me were inaccurate. I kept hearing someone was on the way and then I get a text still looking for a driver!
