Used the App to book a taxi to take my wife to hospital … logged my card details to auto pay for the journey, so simple!  No.

My wife was then made to pay the fare on arrival… and my card was also debited (with a higher amount - odd / insulting).

Got a text saying ‘why don’t you use our App next time?’ …. I did 😠).

Despite making numerous calls asking for this to be sorted  - Still waiting for a call back to discuss my £80+ refund nearly a week later.

Will never use this App again.

Great taxi company but the app is a waste of space. Struggles to let you book a trip. If you do beat the final boss and manage to actually get to the end screen it then disintegrates and never allows you to pay. 

AAA2B would benefit from just closing this down if they don’t plan to maintain it as currently you can fail to use this for 20 mins and then choose another operator or just phone them, book a cab in 2 mins and use their usual great service. 

The app undermines the whole business.

I’ve tried well over 20 times and never mind the time of day or night, never mind the day of the week - they’re yet to have a car available. Pointless app to download. Best to ring and at least be let down over the phone instead of by a faceless, poor put together, app.

Booked car for 00.30 (am) collection on Saturday @ airport. Had correct confirmation on app & email - flight detailed listed too
Once landed app had changed pick up time to 11.30pm on Friday & showing no car dispatched!!!
Called AAA2B to establish where our car was, operator confirmed booking was done on app for 23.30 on Saturday???? 
Have screen shots and email to show we booked everything correctly. 
Disappointed app didn’t work, best to call and speak to operator to book direct. Luckily they had a car they could dispatch straight away

AAA2B are by far the best taxi company in the Horsham area - I use them all of the time, however I have given up on using this useless app and just call their office instead. As another reviewer here has said, the app can't even find the most basic local landmarks making it impossible to make a booking via the app.

Edited to add: I deleted the app and then reinstalled it and it now seems to be working.

Tried to use this company app last night from 23.15 to 00.00 to book a car from Horsham centre to Billingshurst and was very disappointed there were no cars available booking through the app system. 
There was either a problem with the app or not enough drivers on shift. I gave up and had to get a white cab in the end. Will think twice next time  when choosing my taxi ride home.

It's good as long as you can actually find your destination/pick up point on there, but you can't even find basic places like Three Bridges train station, needs improving

Saw there was an app when I went on the website. Downloaded, registered, entered booking, got confirmation, had a car at right place, on time, got home safe, by a good driver, who was polite, what more do you want? Great service! Thank you.
