We missed our appointment as a result. Hard to recommend. ### 2/5 — Not great *2025-03-19, version 2.16.0* Pre booked a cab 2 weeks in advance. Despite confirmation email, no pre booking was showing until after the cab was meant to turn up. Assigning driver message starter showing at the time the cab was meant to pick us up. Eventually the cab arrived 25mins after the time we booked a cab for. Got a feeling the pre booking option is not really working and they don’t assign the car until the time you booked it for which defeats the purpose. To make things more bizarre a different taxi company eventually arrived to pick us up. As a result we missed our train due to late arrival.
